President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov expressed condolences to the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida over human casualties as a result of a fire at a medical institution in Osaka. Press service of the head of state reported.
«I was deeply saddened by the news of the fire that took place in the medical facility in Osaka city. I offer my condolences to the families and friends of those killed in this tragedy and I wish the injured a speedy recovery,» the president’s telegram says.
At least 27 people were feared dead after a fire swept through a psychiatry clinic in the Japanese city of Osaka on Friday. The fire broke out at the clinic on the fourth floor of an office building at around 10 a.m. At least 34 fire brigades and 70 ambulances worked at the scene.
