Election results: CEC approves results in single electoral district

The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) approved the results of elections of candidates for deputies of the Parliament held on November 18.

It is clarified that six out of 21 parties participating in the race have overcome the five percent threshold:

  • Ata Jurt Kyrgyzstan (15 mandates, 5 of which will be given to women);
  • Ishenim (12 mandates, 4 of which will be given to women);
  • Yntymak (9 seats, 3 of which will be given to women);
  • Alliance (7 mandates, women will also get 3);
  • Butun Kyrgyzstan (6 mandates, 2 of them are given to women);
  • Yiman Nuru (5 mandates, 2 mandates will be given to women).

The electoral deposit of 1 million soms will be returned to them. The Central Election Commission noted that the data received from the automated system and the data of manual and control recounting are almost identical.

Representatives of political organizations, in particular those that did not get into Parliament, also became convinced that a technical error occurred on November 28.
