Ermek Mamyrkaliev was appointed a State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of Kyrgyzstan. The Information Support Department of the Cabinet reported.
The order was signed by the Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
Ermek Mamyrkaliev had been working as an Acting State Secretary for more than three years. This happened due to court proceedings against his predecessor Maksat Dyikanov.
