15-year-old Daniil Kadyrov escapes from Voenno-Antonovka orphanage for the 3rd time. The teenager turned for help to Protection of the Rights of Orphaned Children Foundation. Its head Igor Belyaev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Daniil Kadyrov wrote a statement, and the representatives of the foundation sent a letter to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Education and the Accounts Chamber. They demand a comprehensive check of the children’s social institution.
«Daniil escaped from there not for the first time. He says they treat him terribly. During lunch, for example, they hit him with a glass in the head. Moreover, both tutors and other children mock the child. And every time he is caught, he is forcibly placed in a psychiatric hospital. Therefore, we ask the competent authorities to check the orphanage in Voenno-Antonovka village,» Igor Belyaev said.
At least 104 street and neglected children are registered in Bishkek with rehabilitation centers for street children.
