There are forces trying to disrupt a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Kyrgyzstan. The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov said at a meeting of the Security Council on Measures to Ensure Security in Subsoil Use Sphere in the Kyrgyz Republic.
He noted that the leaders of other countries would attend the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The state visit of presidents of two countries will take place during the event.
«Participants of the meeting will discuss important issues. We intend to solve many problems that have been dragging on for years. But there are forces that are trying to hinder the summit,» Sooronbai Jeenbekov told. However, the head of state did not specify who was behind the attempt to disrupt the important political forum.
Recall, Bishkek will host SCO summit on June 14-15, 2019.
