The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree establishing the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Novosibirsk. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
The Consulate General in Novosibirsk was established with a consular district, including the territories of the Republic of Altai, Altai Krai, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions of Russia. Previously, they were in the sphere of activity of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg.
The Consulate General in Novosibirsk was created for the revitalization and development of relations of Kyrgyzstan with the regions of Russia, the expansion of economic and cultural cooperation and consular servicing of Kyrgyzstanis.
