Raids to detect non-payers of vehicles tax begin in Kyrgyzstan

The State Tax Service together with the staff of the Main Traffic Safety Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs started raids to detect non-payers of the tax on vehicles. The press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The service convincingly asks owners of vehicles to carry, besides their driver’s licenses and technical passports for a vehicle, tax payment receipt.

Citizens, who have paid the vehicles tax, are given a special free sticker, which must be placed on the windshield in order not to be stopped by the traffic police.

The State Tax Service reminds that car owners, who did not have time to pay the vehicle tax, except for the principal amount of the tax liability, will also be forced to pay an administrative fine of 2,000 soms and a fine for each day of delay.
