The State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Safety familiarized the First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov with the system of identification and tracking of the animals.
According to the inspectorate, the system allows to see the data of the animals throughout the republic, their vaccination, and also their movement.
«The system has more than 1.6 million registered heads of livestock. The data is constantly changing, because someone is entered into the system, someone is excluded,» said the Director of the inspectorate Kalysbek Zhumakanov.
«Here, for example, is the number of slaughtered animals. In June 2017, at least 2,500 heads of cattle were slaughtered,» specialists told.
