A man, who raped a minor girl in Cholpon-Ata, was sentenced to life in prison. The prosecutor’s office of Issyk-Kul district informed 24.kg news agency.
He was found guilty under the article «Rape of a minor, which caused particularly grave consequences.»
Recall, the 53-year-old resident of Kara-Oi village raped the 12-year-old girl in Cholpon-Ata. The child got lost and asked the man to drive her home. Instead, the man brought the girl to the guardhouse, gave her a cup of tea and raped.
