The founder of Zanoza.kg website Naryn Aiyp will pay off the entire amount of the claim on the suit of the Prosecutor General’s Office on protection of honor and dignity of ex-president Almazbek Atambayev in installments.
The judges of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic made a similar decision with regard to the head of the legal clinic Adilet, Cholpon Dzhakupova.
The total amount of payment by Naryn Aiyp is 9 million soms. The court no longer claims one-third of an apartment of Naryn Aiyp, which he owns.
Cholpon Dzhakupova is to pay 3 million. The cottage in Issyk-Kul region, which she owns, may be sold by decision of the first and second instance courts.
