On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev on his appointment the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan.

The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan elected the new head of the government by a majority vote. The President Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree on the appointment Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev the Prime Minister of the country.
