Hero of April revolution, now the director of Dan state enterprise Alga Kylychev sued the civil activist Mavlyan Askarbekov. Alga Kylychev demands compensation for moral damage in the amount of 70 million soms.
The reason for the trial, as the hero of April revolution believes, is a publication on the Internet, in which Mavlyan Askarbekov insults him.
Alga Kylychev considers the words «outcast», «torpedo» as insulting and assaulting his dignity.
Mavlyan Askarbekov himself is puzzled why the hero of the April revolution was offended only now, because the publication was posted on the Internet two years ago. For two years, Alga Kylychev did not make any claims against him.
«I wrote that in 2010-2011 Kylychev was next to me in the opposition, two years later he entered the City Council through the list of SDPK candidates and, since he defended the power, became the general director of the state company Dan,» civil activist said.
The date of the first court hearing has already been set. Alga Kylychev’s lawsuit will be considered in the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek on April 17.
