It is proposed to restrict access of the third parties to information about real estate. The deputy of the Parliament, Rada Tumanbayeva, proposes amendments to the law.
Currently, at the request of any citizen or a stateless person, the local registration authority provides a registration card for real estate for a fee.
The deputy proposes to provide information free of charge and only upon a written application of an owner.
When providing information to the third parties, the State Registration Service is obliged to inform the owner about it within three days.
In addition, to combat corruption, it is proposed to introduce free electronic registration with the issuance of copies of electronic documents. Only the registration of cases and technical examination will be paid.
