The first real estate forum «Pro.Kyimyl: Market. Realtors. Future» was held in Bishkek, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
Participants discussed key issues of improving the quality of services in the real estate market, certification of realtors and attracting foreign investors.
It was proposed to certify realtors with mandatory recertification every two years. This measure is aimed at increasing transparency and protecting the rights of clients: certification will give buyers and sellers a guarantee of reliability, and will also be an important step towards professional growth and legalization of realtors’ activities.
The head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Temir Sariev noted: the introduction of certification will contribute to the creation of a more transparent and stable real estate market, which will increase trust in Kyrgyzstan’s market on the part of foreign partners and investors.
The forum participants stated that reforms are needed aimed at developing a civilized real estate market in the Kyrgyz Republic.
