Cottages of Maxim Bakiyev. Investigation to find out who broke BTA bank secrecy

The State Service for Combating Economic Crimes detected the fact of illegal disclosure of bank secrecy. Press service of the agency reported.

Management of BTA Bank turned to the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes with request to take measures on the fact of illegal disclosure of bank secrecy.

On November 15, 2017 information portal «Fergana» published a video about the sale of VIP cottage area «Ideal House.»

The video shows the documents of the CJSC, which constitute bank secrecy. The official investigation found out that, allegedly, the person giving the interview to «Fergana» correspondent was the lawyer of BTA Bank CJSC, who, having access to official documents containing limited access information, disclosed it.

On December 18, 2017 a criminal case was opened on this fact.
