President signs law on 50,000 soms fine for non-enriched flour import

Amendments to the Code of Administrative Liability, which provide for a fine for the import of non-enriched flour, have been introduced. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.

According to it, President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law On Amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Responsibility.

The list of offenses involving administrative responsibility has been expanded:

— Fine of 500 calculated rates (50,000 KGS) is imposed for the use of non-enriched flour in health care, education, social protection and other state and municipal institutions;

— The import and sale of non-enriched flour in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic that does not comply with technical regulations and other regulatory legal acts is punished by an administrative fine of 500 calculated rates (50,000 soms) for legal entities, citizens and individual entrepreneurs with confiscation of non-enriched flour.

The law comes into force 10 days after its official publication.
