Best young akyn-improviser announced in Kyrgyzstan

Winners of the competition among young akyns-improvisers (improvising poets, singers) «Zhash Tanday» became known. Press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, 16 out of 30 young akyns reached the final. Bolot Nazarov was announced the best poet, he was awarded the Grand Prix, Munduzbek Usupbaev took the first place, Temirbek Matybaev — the second, and Asylbek Maratov — the third. The finalists were also awarded prizes.

The jury included prominent figures of culture and art of Kyrgyzstan.
