Starting September 1, 2026, salaries of state and municipal employees in Kyrgyzstan will be increased. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev said in his message marking the Day of State and Municipal Servants.
According to him, the bonus for challenging and productive work will be increased to 50 percent of their base salary.
In addition, employees will receive a monthly compensation payment of 15,000 soms.
Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that since 2022, the average salary of civil servants has increased by 110 percent, while salaries of municipal employees have risen by 153 percent.
The head of the Cabinet also highlighted the state housing program My Home. According to him, the initiative has helped thousands of state and municipal employees improve their housing conditions.
