Bishkek- Balykchy train will switch to a daily schedule starting June 26, 2026. State-owned enterprise Kyrgyz Temir Zholu announced.
Passenger train No. 608/609 will depart from Bishkek-2 station at 8:06 a.m. and arrive in Balykchy at 12:12. The train will then continue to the final stop, Balykchy Beach, arriving at 12:37.
In the return direction, the train departs at 6:40 p.m. and arrives back at Bishkek-2 at 11:11 p.m. Scheduled stops along the route include Kant, Ivanovka, Tokmok, and Kemin.
Due to the start of the high tourist season, the daily schedule will remain in effect from June 26 to September 13.
The train consists of up to 16 carriages of different classes, ranging from standard to VIP. Ticket prices depend on the carriage class and payment method, with discounted fares available for cashless payments.
