Rustam Baltabaev appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture

Rustam Baltabaev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the ministry, he will oversee processing, organic production, and agricultural exports.

Rustam Baltabaev previously served as Executive Director of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex, where he participated in the implementation of industry development projects.

In his new position, he is expected to focus on supporting farmers and strengthening the country’s food security.
