Municipal night shelter for homeless people opened in Osh city

A municipal night shelter for people without a permanent place of residence has been opened in Osh. The press service of the City Hall reported.

According to the shelter’s staff, it has been operating since November 1. It currently has 15 places available, but after renovations are completed, the shelter will be able to accommodate from 30 to 50 people at a time.

It is noted that while the weather remains warm, there are few people, but with the onset of cold weather, the number of people in need will increase significantly.

The shelter is located at 3a, Atabaev Street.
