The former bread factory in Sulyukta has been returned to state ownership. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
The facility was transferred to private ownership in 2000 through a public auction held in violation of the Land Code.
«As a result of the measures taken, the factory premises and the adjacent land plot of 0.32 hectares have been voluntarily re-registered under the balance of the Sulyukta City Hall,» the statement says.
