«If you remember, earlier I gave an interview to the Kazakhstani project «Ayran Media» and apologized on my behalf for the head of the Kazakh Khan Kenesary Kasymov, which was cut off by the Kyrgyz Ormon Khan. This statement caused a stir in Kyrgyzstan. The State Committee for National Security opened a case, and it was sent to court. The decision came into force. The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek on March 20, 2025 explained that the singer was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and was sentenced to a fine of 1,000 calculated rates, that is 100,000 soms in favor of the state.
Earlier, security services detained domestic singer Kairat Primberdiev within a criminal case initiated under the article «Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious or interregional hostility (discord)» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. A preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the city was chosen against the singer.
