Kyrgyzstan and Russia sign five documents following negotiations

The Russian and Kyrgyz sides signed five documents following the negotiations between Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.

The signed documents include an agreement between the Russian Government and the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan on cooperation in the field of healthcare, medical education and science. It was signed by the Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko and Kyrgyzstan’s Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev.

Russian Transport Minister Roman Starovoit and Kyrgyz Transport and Communications Minister Absatar Syrgabaev signed a protocol on amendments to the agreement on international automobile communication. The ministers also signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the departments on developing cooperation in training and retraining personnel in the transport sector.

In addition, a Memorandum was signed between the Russian Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on cooperation in improving the financial literacy of the population. Another agreement — on information interaction between the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and the Social Fund of Kyrgyzstan in the area of ​​pension provision — was signed by the head of the Pension Fund of Russia Sergei Chirkov and the Chairman of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Baktiyar Aliev.
