Bishkek will host Agrotechexpo agrotechnical exhibition and Altyn Kuz (Golden Autumn) fair from October 18 to October 20. Nurlanbek Kozhogulov, Director of the Department of Cooperation, Mechanization and Innovative Technologies in Agriculture at the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan, announced at a conference.
The latest agricultural machinery, breeds of pedigree animals and modern agricultural technologies will be presented at the exhibition. Animal protection products, veterinary drugs, as well as new seeds and seedlings of various agricultural crops will be demonstrated at the event.
One of the key innovations will be a special platform for providing leasing services, organized with the participation of Aiyl Bank and Eldik Bank. The new state leasing company will also begin offering leasing and financing for agriculture, which, according to the organizers, will allow farmers to significantly expand their opportunities in acquiring equipment and technology.
More than 300 domestic and foreign companies will take part in the exhibition this year. For comparison, in 2023 there were about 200.
«The number of those wishing to participate in 2024 has increased significantly, so we have expanded the number of places for exhibits so that all companies can present their products,» Nurlanbek Kozhogulov said.
