The son of journalists Bolot Temirov and Makhabat Tazhibek kyzy lives with his grandmother. Lawyer Ulan Seyitbekov told.
According to him, the court decided to place the minor boy in an orphanage, if close relatives are not found.
«The child’s father is outside Kyrgyzstan. The mother was sentenced today to six years in prison. There is no threat of placement of the child in an orphanage. He lives with his grandmother. His living conditions comply with the law,» Ulan Seyitbekov said.
He added that he would appeal the decision of the district court, since the sentence passed by the judge Kylychbek Istamkulov against Makhabat Tazhibek kyzy and Azamat Ishenbekov is unfounded. The guilt of the accused has not been proven.
On October 10, the Leninsky District Court of Bishkek announced the verdict in the case against 11 former and current employees of Temirov Live.
