At a meeting of Parliament, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Parliament, Almasbek Abytov, asked to consider dismissal of the Chairman of the Supreme Court from his post as the first issue.
He added that Zamirbek Bazarbekov is leaving the post at his own free will.
The deputies of the Parliament accepted the resignation of Zamirbek Bazarbekov.
The Council of Judges has already considered and accepted the letter of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Zamirbek Bazarbekov on his resignation and early termination of judicial powers at his own request.
From 2016 to 2020, Zamirbek Bazarbekov was Sadyr Japarov’s lawyer.
