The incident occurred on August 30 on the territory of Osh market. An unknown man in an inadequate state swung a kitchen axe and hit passers-by with it. Eyewitnesses filmed the moment of the attack and sent it to 24.kg news agency.
The press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Leninsky district reported that a man filed a statement, asking to take measures against an unknown person, who hit him with a kitchen axe on Kuliev Street at Osh market.
The fact was registered under the article «Hooliganism» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. All necessary examinations have been appointed.
