Suspect of fraud detained in Bishkek

A 24-year-old man was detained in Bishkek on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale. The press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek reported.

A man contacted the police on July 19, asking to take action against the founder and employee of Bivisa company, who promised him a visa to the USA, took 714,000 soms for this, did not fulfill their promise and disappeared. A case was opened under the article «Fraud» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Law enforcement officers detained 24-year-old B.F., who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. The police ask those who suffered at the hands of the suspect or have any information on this case to call: +996504006611 or 102.
