Another Kyrgyz athlete to participate in Paralympic Games in Paris

An athlete from Kyrgyzstan Aitunuk Zhoomart kyzy secured at berth at the Paralympic Games in Paris (France). The Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported on social media.

«We are proud and delighted to announce that our paratriathlon athlete, Aitunuk Zhoomart kyzy, has successfully qualified for the 2024 Paralympic Games! This remarkable success became possible thanks to Aitunuk’s incredible persistence and hard work. Her perseverance, fortitude and dedication to sport inspire the entire sporting community,» the Federation said.

Earlier, Gulnaz Zhuzbaeva (blind) with a guide Yulia Fernas met the standard for participation in the Paralympic Games in Paris at a distance of 1,500 meters, running it in 6:18.
