Ruslan Berdibaev has been appointed an authorized representative of the Ombudsman in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Ombudsman reported.
«In personnel matters the Institute of Ombudsman applies the practice of attracting employees who know the system of government agencies well. And this gives its positive results,» the Ombudsperson Jamilya Jamanbaeva said, introducing Ruslan Berdibaev to the team.
The new representative of the Ombudsman is 54 years old. He has three children, and is a mining electrical engineer by profession. In 2000 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in law. From 1994 to this day he worked for law enforcement agencies.
Before the appointment, Police Colonel Ruslan Berdibaev served as deputy head of the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of Issyk-Kul region.
