The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan transferred Bulat-M LLC and Blonderbeer LLC (Blonder Pub. — Note of 24.kg news agency) to the Presidential Affairs Department. The order was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov, on December 28, 2023.
Previously, the owner of these companies was the State Property Management Agency.
The crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev (Kamchybek Asanbek) was killed exactly in Blonder Pub on October 4 last year during a special operation by the State Committee for National Security.
Blonderbeer LLC was registered in 2017. Then the director and co-founder was Abylyeva Tursunay Sabirbekovna. Another co-founder was Mambetalieva Nurayim Kadyrakunovna, the widow of Kamchybek Asanbek.
After the liquidation of the member of the organized crime group, re-registration took place on November 1, 2023, and Bayel Beishenbekovich Kasymov was named as its director, and the State Property Management Agency was named as the founder.
Bulat-M LLC is a hunting farm. It was also associated with the name of the crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev. The company has licenses for hunting wild animals on its lands. It is known that Kurmanbek Toktosunovich Temirbaev, former head of the Presidential Affairs Department of Kurmanbek Bakiyev, was registered as a co-founder of Bulat-M LLC. The second co-founder is Kumash Rysaliev. The director of the LLC was Dastan Kurmanbekovich Temirbaev.
His son Arstanbek Temirbaev was taken into custody for money laundering as part of a criminal community. But the State Committee for National Security did not report how he is connected with Kamchi Kolbaev.
The head of the State Property Management Agency Kanat Turgunbekov is listed as the head of Bulat-M LLC in the database of the Justice Ministry, the founder is the State Property Management Agency itself.
