The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported details of the detention of an activist Zarina Torokulova.
During active search measures, the owner of «Zarina Torokulova» account on Facebook was identified — citizen of Kyrgyzstan T.Z.
According to the security services, she systematically published provocative materials falling under Article 278 «Mass riots» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The activist was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. On September 9, the Pervomaisky District Court chose a preventive measure against her in the form of detention until October 30. An investigation is underway.
Judging by the social media page, Zarina Torokulova shared posts on Facebook criticizing and ridiculing the decisions of the authorities.
