According to the results of the audit of the Social Fund’s budget execution for 2022, financial violations, reserves and budget losses, as well as irrational use of funds in the execution of the budget have been revealed. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan reported.
During the execution of the budget for 2022, financial violations amounted to 536.8 million soms. Of these, 351.5 million soms are subject to recovery, 349.4 million soms have been returned.
Including travel expenses paid without supporting documents (14,700 soms), income received on the balance of funds and subject to return to the republican budget (2.1 million soms), violations in payment of wages (8.1 million soms) were revealed.
Facts of payment of bonuses for special working conditions without proper certification of workplaces (2.7 million soms), financial violations in payment of vacation pay (5.4 million soms) were detected. In addition, expenses for delivery and transfer of pensions and compensations through Kyrgyzpochtasy state enterprise and commercial banks for 177 million soms related to the item «Expenses for bank services» were paid at the expense of funds provided under the article «Social security benefits» without division.
