A museum will be built in Shah-Fazil historical and architectural complex in Ala-Buka district of Kyrgyzstan. The public procurement portal reports.
A tender was announced by the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of Capital Construction of the Department of Housing and Civil Construction under the State Construction Committee. It is planned to spend 27,839,491 soms on it.
The work must be completed within 18 months from the date of signing the contract with timely funding.
The museum building will be one-story with a basement. An exhibition hall, offices of the director and employees, accountant’s office, wardrobe will be located on the ground floor; a storage facility, a restoration workshop, technical and other premises will be located in the basement.
Shah-Fazil historical and architectural complex is located in Ala-Buka district of Jalal-Abad region. It includes the sacred mountain Archa-Mazar, Shah-Fazil mausoleum (XI century), a mosque (XVIII-XIX centuries), the mausoleums of Alamberdar and Safid-Bulend (XIX century), the cave of the holy hermit. Shah-Fazil mausoleum is unique in its origin and importance, as it is one of the rare architectural monuments of the Karakhanid era.
