The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will pay a state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic on June 6-7. Muratbek Azymbakiev, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Executive Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, announced.
As the press service of the head of the Kyrgyz Republic notes, this is the first visit of the head of the Arab state to Kyrgyzstan in the history of the country.
During the visit, President Sadyr Japarov will hold bilateral talks with the Emir of Qatar. They will discuss current issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for its further development and effective interaction.
It is also planned to sign a number of bilateral documents.
