Aziz Esenov has been appointed a director of the Road Fund. Press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The order on the appointment was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov. The new director has already been introduced to the team.
The previous director of the fund, Beknazar Bazaraliev, was relieved of his post at his own request.
Aziz Esenov was born in 1977 in Myrza-Ake village, Uzgen district, Osh region. In 1994-1998 he received a bachelor’s degree in commerce at the Kyrgyz National University, and in 2016-2018 — a master’s degree in management at the Naryn State University.
Aziz Esenov began his career in 1999 as an ordinary employee of the financial department, also held the positions of head of the financial department of Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek, deputy head of Kochkor district, general director of IGM Group LLC and a number of other positions.
