Civic activist Bolot Ibragimov has been appointed an adviser to Sadyr Japarov. The Presidential Administration confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
It is noted that the head of state has already signed the decree. The activist will work on a voluntary basis.
Own sources informed 24.kg news agency that Bolot Ibragimov will advise the president on the fight against corruption.
Bolot Ibragimov ran for parliament in 2021 from El Umutu party. He is known for videos about traffic violations by drivers and incidents in Bishkek.
