The peculiarity of Kodjaz is that the course is conducted in the Kyrgyz language. The exercises are interactive, and its participants can take the lessons at any time convenient for them. The lessons are intended for people with no programming experience. Thus, only an Internet connection and a browser are required to facilitate learning. So far, Python language course is available on the platform. Courses in other programming languages will be added later.
The founder of the project is Murat Zhumashev. The project is funded in part by Alumni Small Grants Program funded by the U.S. Government. The Small Grants Program is funded by the U.S. Embassy and administered by the American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS.
