Sadyr Japarov signed a decree, appointing the ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey.
Recall, Ruslan Kazakbaev was dismissed from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 22.
