Azamat Arnabek uulu has been appointed a Mayor of Balykchy city. The order was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
Azamat Arnabek uulu is 39 years old. He graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports.
He ran a business in Russia. In Kyrgyzstan, he worked as a manager at Kyrgyz Mebel OJSC. He is the Chairman of Balykchy Ak Zhol Yntymagy Public Association.
After the change of power in October 2020, he was the acting mayor of Balykchy.
The former mayor Bakyt Sharsheev was fired at the end of September 2022.
