Tourism opportunities of Kyrgyzstan were presented in Russia. The Foreign Affairs Ministry reports.
According to the press service of the ministry, videos about the development of winter, summer, and health tourism in the Kyrgyz Republic were shown at Expotravel-2022 exhibition in Yekaterinburg city.
Tour operators of the Russian Federation received information materials, advertising booklets of health-improving institutions and travel companies of the Kyrgyz Republic; videos contained data on the development of winter, summer, health and other types of tourism in the country. Ski resorts of Kyrgyzstan and leading sanatoriums located on Issyk-Kul lake were presented.
At the request of a number of Kyrgyz health institutions, new business contacts were established and proposals for cooperation were submitted to representatives of Russian travel companies.
Expotravel-2022 exhibition traditionally opens the autumn-winter tourist season in Russia.
