The procedure for providing banking support for a contract in the field of public procurement and the list of banks authorized to do this have been approved. The corresponding decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Banking support for the contract will be carried out by RSK Bank, Aiyl Bank and Keremet Bank.
It is envisaged that after the conclusion of the contract on the e-procurement portal, the bank will make all calculations for the project and control the targeted spending of money.
Banking support is mandatory if the subject of the purchase is the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of a building, structure or facility, including roads, road structures, engineering systems, networks and communications, other capital and civil construction projects. In addition, it is mandatory if the contract amount is equal to or exceeds 5 million soms.
The decision was made to implement article 49 of the law on public procurement.
