Natives of Kyrgyzstan start receiving conscription notices in Russia

Natives of Kyrgyzstan living in Russia began to receive conscription notices from the military commissariats of the Russian Federation. Mederbek Esenaliev wrote on his Facebook page.

«A Kyrgyz, who has acquired Russian citizenship, received a conscription notice. Apparently, unfortunately, not the Russians will be the first to be sent to war...», he wrote.

According to the document, the official conscription notice came to a citizen Ulugbek Uzakovich Atomurzaev, 46.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, 10,600 Kyrgyzstanis acquired Russian citizenship for six months of 2022. At least 19,200 natives of the Kyrgyz Republic became citizens of Russia in 2021.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a «partial mobilization» on Wednesday. The Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in his speech that 300,000 reservists are subject to this procedure.
