A bridge and a road were restored and dams were built on the river in Karakol gorge. The Tourism Development Support Fund reported.
«Now you can move safely and comfortably in Karakol gorge. A section of the road, which became almost impassable after heavy rains and avalanches, was put in order. The river bed was freed from large stones, the bridge over the river was restored, the road was repaired,» the Fund noted.
Restoration work was carried out by Destination Karakol NGO together with Karakol National Park by order of the Tourism Development Support Fund.
