The President of Kyrgyzstan signed decrees on the early termination of the powers of two judges of local courts.
According to the press service of the head of state, in accordance with the Constitution and the law on the Status of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic, at the suggestion of the Council of Judges on the application of disciplinary action, the powers of the judge of Leninsky District Court of Bishkek city Jamila Turazhanova and the Ton District Court of Issyk-Kul region Nimatilla Karimbekov were prematurely terminated.
They were dismissed in connection with the violation of the requirements of impeccable behavior of the judge.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the Ton District Court, Nimatilla Karimbekov, came to work drunk and did not fulfill his duties conscientiously.
