Ernist Toltoev, assistant to the ex-president of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov, has been appointed a Deputy Presidential Envoy to Osh region. Press service of the department reported.
The order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov. The official was introduced to the team today.
Ernis Toltoev is 36 years old. He was born in Kyzyl-Sengir village, Uzgen district of Osh region. From 2009 to 2013, he worked in various positions at the Osh regional state administration, was an assistant to the governor; from 2013 to 2016 he was the head of Kyzyl-Oktyabr rural administration of Uzgen district, from April to May 2016 — a deputy of the Osh City Council, from May 2016 to August 2017 he worked as an assistant to the ex-Prime Minister Sooronai Jeenbekov.
Since November 2017, Ernis Toltoev worked as an assistant to the ex-president. Leaving the post of head of state, Sooronbai Jeenbekov awarded him with a diploma of merit.
