Aga-Ini fast food outlet in Jalal-Abad, where several dozen people got food poisoning, was fined 15,000 soms. The Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance reported.
According to the latest data from the Jalal-Abad City Hall, the number of patients with food poisoning reached 35.
Specialists visited the fast food outlet and conducted an epidemiological investigation. It turned out that there are two branches of Aga-Ini fast food outlet in the city. They make hot dogs, shawarma, hamburgers. They were temporarily closed.
The fast food outlet, where the people got food poisoning, consists of one room. The general sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-technical condition of the facility does not meet the requirements. In total, four employees work there, all of them do not have health permits and work clothes.
As a result of the revealed violations, the tenant and the owner of the fast food outlet were fined 7,500 soms each. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
Samples of raw and cooked meat, french fries, cucumber, tomato, raw eggs and ready-made sauce (butter, raw egg) and 20 washes from kitchen utensils, from the hands of workers were taken for laboratory testing.
The police are also investigating the fact of mass food poisoning.
