Rally against legalization of casinos is held near the City Hall in Balykchi. Protesters themselves told 24.kg news agency.

They demand from the President of the country to veto the bill on gambling activities.

Consideration of the draft law legalizing gambling activities caused a lot of controversy in society. Opponents of the adoption of the document continue to hold a series of protests in Bishkek and regions.

Disputes also arose within the walls of the Parliament. Parliament passed the law on gambling activity on the fifth attempt only. Deputies from Butun Kyrgyzstan faction refused to vote and actually blocked the voting procedure.
