Special Representative of the President of Kyrgyzstan for Special Assignments Taalatbek Masadykov held a working meeting with a Special Representative of the President of Iran for Afghanistan Hassan Kazemi Qomi. Press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The parties discussed the current situation in Afghanistan, exchanged views on regional challenges and noted the need to maintain stability and security in the region.
Hassan Kazemi Qomi’s visit to Kyrgyzstan is part of his regional tour of Central Asian countries. Earlier, he paid a working visit to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
